The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting with leasing operations and managing existing resident needs from the Infinity Park office. This position combines administrative duties, leasing/selling, and performing lease signings to new residents.  This role will also manage renewals, resident retention, delinquency, conduct audits and report results to the property manager.

• Manage delinquency by sending 3-day emails, posting notices, Issue 3-day demands for compliance, following up with delinquent residents, pursuing eviction when necessary and in accordance with procedures, and escalating issues to the property manager when appropriate

• Process checks into OneSite

• Welcome guests, potential residents, and existing residents into the office assisting with packages, answering phones, and responding related management or maintenance concerns

• Enter data into OneSite related to work order submission, completion, and required details • Communicate with residents via email and phone calls in response to work order requests

• Daily monitoring, adjustments, and submitting Craigslist ads

• Conduct ongoing leasing operations: provide tours (including evenings and weekends), answer leasing calls, conduct lease signings, sales walks, weekly reporting, and completion of the leasing checklist

• Manage lead management queues and sign new leases to maintain occupancy at designated communities

• Manage the renewal process by sending out resident letters and following up 

• Provide leasing information and tours for walk-in traffic • Manage Resident Retention via Onesite

• Conduct Monthly Parking and Storage Audit • Manage active building replies and promote resident FUNctions

• Manage the renewal process from the 90-day offer letter to the 60-day notice • Enter notice to vacates and resident activity in Onesite 

• Set up all pre-move out walks and FAS walks through Onesite • Comply with Fair Housing regulations and ordinances •  


• At least two years post high-school education required Strong analytic thought process and ability to interpret findings

• Experience in Property Management is preferred, but not required

• Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car 


• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential

• Experience with MS Office

• Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at once in an efficient manner
